Activity in welding business expanded in to
machines & equipment, being sold agent for Fronius
Scheveissmaschinen GmbH, Austria.
1990
Own factory with production floor space of 20x44 = 840 Sq.m. built in Tamaka, Kancha- naburi, Thailand.
1994
Factory floor space expanded to 20x96 = 2160 Sq.m. activity expanded into machinery construction where cane sugar Shredder is the first machine built at Allied-Tek.
1996
Head office moved to 21/27 M.10 Nawamin Rd, Klongkum, Buengkum, Bangkok 10230. Factory floor space expended to 20x204 = 4080 Sq.m. Activity expanded into R&D as well as production of conveyor and transmission steel chain, mainly for cane sugar mills.
1997
Activity expanded into turnkey projects where Block Rubber Production Plant is the first.
The world's biggest block rubber production in terms of machine sizes & capacity was installed.
2000
Own factory expanded, a new building of 20x126 m was bulit, making total floor space to be 6,600 Sq.m. CNC machining facility installed.
2004
Installation of CNC oxyfuel gas & plasma cutting system. 3-D drafting design implemented.
2005
A separated building, plant no.3 of 32x126 m. was built, making a total floor space of 10,632 Sq.m. Installation of heat treatment, atmospheric controlled furnace and metallurigical laboratory.
2008
A turnkey project for cane sugar crushing line where cane preparation and mill tandem has been completed.
Cane Mill and all equipment are of Allied-Tek Technology and design. In house fabrication at Kanchanaburi.
2009
The second turnkey project for Block Rubber Production plant with computerized control is to be completed for commissiong in September.
A new concept in process technology was introduced.
Factory floor space at Kanchanaburi
