PRE SHREDDER
The Pre-Shredder is a machine designed for shredding, tearing, and reducing material size before further processing. As the first stage in size reduction, it prepares materials like baled sugarcane leaves and plastic waste for RDF production. It features a twin-shaft rotating system, driven by an electric motor and gearbox, with adjustable power and torque to match material requirements. Various cutting blade designs enhance efficiency, ensuring effective shredding for different applications.
RDF SHREDDER
The RDF Shredder is engineered for shredding, tearing, and size reduction, converting plastic waste into Refuse-Derived Fuel (RDF) with output sizes ranging from RDF-2.5 to RDF-3, ideal for energy recovery. It can also process paper, baled sugarcane leaves, and baled straw. Featuring a twin-shaft rotating system, it is powered by an electric motor and gearbox, with adjustable power output and torque to match material specifications, ensuring efficient and reliable performance.
TROMMEL SCREEN
This machine is designed for landfill waste separation, efficiently isolating plastic bags from soil, wood debris, glass, and other materials. Its rotating drum features screw-like metal plates with a slight incline, ensuring smooth waste movement. Smaller materials pass through screen openings, leaving plastic bags for easier collection and further processing.
BALLISTIC SEPARATOR
This machine sorts waste efficiently by utilizing material shape and movement. Landfill waste or pre-processed materials enter the inclined system, where flat items like plastic bags and fabric move upward for further processing. Small materials, such as soil and tubes, fall into the middle section for collection. Larger, rounded objects-like stones, fruit peels, shoes, and wooden logs-roll downward for storage or sorting. By automating separation, this system enhances efficiency, reduces manual labor, and improves overall waste management and recycling processes.
ROTARY DRYER
The Rotary Dryer is a cylindrical machine supported by guide rollers, allowing it to rotate while transporting and mixing raw materials such as fertilizer. Heat is applied during the conveying process to ensure uniform mixing and achieve the optimal temperature before proceeding to the next stage. Inside the drum, specially designed mixing and conveying blades regulate material movement at an appropriate speed, ensuring even blending.
HAMMER MILL
The Hammer Mill is a high-speed rotating machine designed to simultaneously reduce the size of rubber and break it apart. As the hammers strike the rubber, it collides with the internal screen, effectively dislodging large amounts of soil and sand mixed with the material. The hammers are specially designed with a welded overlay on the striking surface to enhance durability and prevent wear. Additionally, they are easily removable, allowing for quick replacement.
STONE DRYER
This rotating cylindrical machine is stabilized by guide rollers, enabling it to transport and mix asphalt raw materials efficiently. During the conveying process, heat is applied to facilitate thorough mixing and ensure the material reaches the ideal temperature before moving to the next stage. Inside the drum, specially designed blades control the movement of materials at an optimal speed, ensuring even distribution and consistent blending.
AIR PRE-HEATER
An Air Preheater is a heat exchanger designed to transfer heat from high-temperature fluids, such as exhaust gases or steam from a boiler to ambient air. This process improves energy efficiency by utilizing waste heat for further applications. Additionally, it helps lower the temperature of exhaust gases or steam before being released into the environment, reducing heat loss and minimizing environmental impact.
